Our service allows alternative distribution and monetization options for Google Game developers. We believe that the existing mobile gaming business model is not sustainable since most game developers' ROI is negligible. We plan to bring the subscription model into the mobile gaming business. We offer a game catalog supported by advanced DRM engine and alternative billing capabilities, so gamers can pay a small monthly fee and play unlimited number of games. We plan to do to the mobile game business what Spotify does to music and Netflix does to movies. We are a spin-off from Exent Technologies, a leading PC gaming platform company. We have a live service, several tier 1 customers that generate sustainable and growing revenues on monthly basis and we are looking to enhance our product and grow our business fast.
