MinerEye offers an innovative concept for data leakage prevention. The user points the system to known confidential data (files, folders, databases etc.) and system learns the patterns the data. It then uses the these patterns to scan and track similarities across the network. The system analyzes behavior of this data and detects outliers and recommends on policy to enforce such as track, lock, block etc. Minereye is unique for its proprietary fusion of computer vision and machine learning technology. Current market solutions are based on heuristic data inspection, to estimate data leakage. They require rules and definitions configured in order to start operating. This creates endless work and rework especially in large enterprises where number of employees, the variety of data and devices is enormous. The human visual perception is the essence of what inspired us when approaching data leakage challenges of the cyber-security space.
