SensoryTreat provides a digital health platform for sensory integration home therapy management: where a) therapists can build and monitor care plans; b) families can manage home programs; c) caregivers (teachers, TAs…) can assist in compliance with therapy regimen; and d) patients can self care. Children with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), Autism, ADHD and other neurological developmental disorders experience a variety of sensory difficulties. Sensory Integration (SI) therapy administered by a certified occupational therapist is considered best practice treatment for such difficulties. The biggest challenge of SI therapy is compliance with therapy regimen and integration of care plan with family’s routines. SensoryTreat provides therapy content and tools to help families and occupational therapists (OT) manage sensory integration home programs (aka sensory diet). We work with OT's to help increase families’ compliance with sensory integration regimen.
