TaxiShare is the first social taxi application, the application enables the user to order a taxi and find additional users to join that ride. This is all possible due to the extremely sophisticated algorithm that we developed that can determine whether or not the distance between the origin and the destination of each of the passengers will reduce the total price of the ride. TaxiShare is a facebook interfaced application and due to this reason is able to provide to its users a complete social experience, by suggesting rides to and from events they are attending . TaxiShare also enables its users to see vital details from the real profile of the person they are about to share a taxi with. Most importantly TaxiShare reduces the individual fare in about 50-75%!
